For scholar athletes who are ready to go beyond recreational tennis and start the commitment required to become competitive tennis players.

Elite Tournament Prep

For junior players competing at the L1/2/ITF levels looking to prepare their fitness and match readiness for elite tournaments.

Full Time Elite Training

For players training full time either as adults or home schooled juniors. No limits, no holding back, full optimization.

After School HP Team

For scholar athletes in grades 5 – 12 who are ready to go beyond recreational tennis and start the commitment required to become competitive tennis players. This after-school training program is designed to help young players bridge the gap between being talented recreational players to competing with the country’s elite.

Individualized Coaching

Every practice every player receives one-on-one instruction to work on their individual goals.

Court Time

The Program includes 3 training sessions with the Team Mon – Fri plus an independnet practice match per week.

Tournaments

We consult and help to schedule tournaments as well as provide on-site coaching throughout the year.

Development Plan and Meetings

Every player will have a development plan comprised of player evaluations, individual goals, and detailed routines.

Physical Training

Our physical training program is a combination of education for indepednent routines as well as physical coaching.

Mental Training

Mental training is done both through discussions on and off court, weekly journals, and digital apps.

Elite Tournament Prep Camps

For players competing at the L1/2 and ITF levels looking to prepare their fitness and match performance ready for elite tournaments. The camps also have a heavy focus on the growth mindset and development integrating tournament preparation with individualized goal setting and skill development.

Court Time

Training load is adaptable and based on individuals needs. Our camps offer 2 on-court practices plus physical training daily.

Tournaments

After the camp we offer onsite coaching and consultation including coaching warmups, match analysis, and match reviews.

Development Plan and Meetings

We offer detailed reviews of the camp, documented development plans, and ongoing consultation with the player’s team.

Scheduling and Periodization

Scheduling will be managed daily and follow periodized plans to optimize training for pre-competition, competition, and recovery.
